RETURNS

We will approve your return request within 10 days of purchase if the item is:

• Unworn and unwashed and in the original packaging
• With all original tags still attached 
• Free of any damages, make-up, marks, and/or stains
• Not marked as FINAL SALE on our website

We provide in-store credit for return of eligible (see above) products. There is a $10 shipping fee per order. 

To start a return, please contact us at returns@delamuze.com with front/back photos of the product. Once reviewed, our team will send you a return shipping address for the products you are returning. Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Note, due to the COVID-19 situation, DHL, UPS, USPS, and FedEx are experiencing delays in shipping. Furthermore, many brands have implemented a 3-day wait policy for all returned items for safety precautions. As such, please understand you may experience a delay in the return process.
